I received this Queen Elizabeth bare root rose in March. And I must say it was huge. I soaked overnight and planted it. We had a cold spell and I had to cover it with a five gallon bucket. But no problem. It began putting on leaves within about two weeks. In 60 days it was three feet tall full of buds and blooming with the most wonderful large pink blooms. It has had not a single hint of black spot even though our Oklahoma weather has turned humid in the last couple of weeks. This is without a doubt the best performing bare root rose I have ever purchased. I wish I could attach a photo. But it is every bit as beautiful as advertised. The price is very reasonable. The shipping is a little high, so if you think you may want other roses be sure and order them together to reduce shipping costs.
Queen Elizabeth Rose

I received the Queen Elizabeth Bare Root rose in March. I planted it immediately with native soil mixed with a little biotone starter and an azalea mix planting soil. The graft was as big around as a man's thumb with a good supply of roots. It has begun blooming just two months later and is a healthy 30 inch bush. The buds are well formed and open slowly. We have had a lot of rainy weather and no sign of black spot. I am so pleased with this purchase. Tulsa, OK.
