Customer Service
Our customer service employs people who plant and love roses. If the person answering your call can’t answer your questions, they can find someone on staff who can help you. If you have access to the web, just email your questions to info@edmundsroses.com. We also welcome your questions and comments to help us do a better job of providing you with the best roses and products.
Display Gardens
We do not have a display garden here at our nursery. We
have an assortment of test roses and a small private garden
of our own, but the maintenance depends on the business
at the moment. If you are in the area, we recommend you
visit the Washington Park International Rose Test Garden
in Portland. It is by far, the most beautiful public rose
garden in the country.
Delivery and Guarantee
We will deliver dormant, two year old, bare root #1 grade rose plants and guarantee that they will grow and bloom the first season providing careful planting instructions are followed. We guarantee all plants to be true to variety. Please report all failures prior to August 1, 2007. We will replace the item the following spring. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Plant Patents
If there is a number following the name of the variety
or the letters "PPAF," then that variety is
protected under U.S. Patent Laws and asexual reproduction
of that variety is prohibited without permission.
